A rare treat!

As we're off on holiday tomorrow, we'd eaten up all the fresh stuff in the house.  Short on dinner and with it being a Tuesday, we decided to get pizza.  Not being able to eat dairy, pizza can often be a little lacking.  The addition of some fresh homemade Kat-safe mozzarella really perked it up though!
