Red Arrows

Grrrr I was not happy when I looked at the photos I'd taken through the loft window and discovered that the only one that was in focus was missing a bit! We got quite a good view of some of the display but not as good as from the airfield.

Had a manic morning at church today, our minister is leaving and it was his final service today so it was packed. I was on creche though so missed the whole service but had to look after 13 under 3s instead.
Then I ran home (5.5 miles) and then went straight out for a 12 mile cycle. It was a great session and I'm feeling quite positive about the duathlon in Sept.
