Twins?

Bright sunny morning....no warmer though :-/

A quick stop off at the canal, en route to meet sis and mum for,the day. I thought these swans looked lovely in the sunshine, for today's blip

We took mum out for lunch as usual, before doing some grocery shopping, in Sainburys and M&S!

We had a quick stop at mums, before driving to sis's house to,collect mums medication for,the next 9 days. Sis refills a small battery operated unit that dispenses mums tablets, gives us peace of mind and ensures she takes the right ones at the right time

I cooked some chicken thighs for a light tea, with salad for me and mum. I had mine early as I don't like to eat much before going to Step Class and Pilates.

Our trainer worked us hard in Step, she interspersed it with bouts of interval training :-0....... this followed by Pilates. I'm Cream crackered now!!! Guessing I'll be a little achey tomorrow!!

Picked hub up from daughters on the way home.....got back at 9.30. Enjoyed a cuppa and two of M&Ss sourdough crumpets. Just watching a bit of TV before going up the wooden hill :-)
