Shingle delivery

While we were at work today, the shingle for our (ours and next doors) drives was delivered. Mum and dad, you will be pleased to see it was placed exactly where you asked!

The dodgy muscle/ligament in my groin/thigh has really been hurting me today, so I hobbled to Primark at lunchtime, then straight back again. It was another busy but quiet day in the office today. Lots of people are off sick. I'm steering clear of the germs!

Home at 5.30 and cooked a veggie bolognaise. I've done nothing since, except put a bit of ralgex on my leg, and sit on the sofa with my leg up. Feeling a bit sorry for myself. But now it's Grantchester, then bed.

At the weekend we will start moving that gravel....can't wait!
