to leaky old brick lum, hello shiny steel watertight lum

the constantly driving  rains this winter soaked through the porous brick and threatened to ruin an upstairs ceiling and walls
up and down the stairs to the attic like a fiddlers elbow with newspapers, rolls of kitchen towel and old towels limiting the damage
well that's that now onto the next job!
