Great spotted Woodpecker

The most common woodpecker in Britain, it is more likely to be seen in gardens than the green woodpecker, and very partial to fat balls and peanuts. It is also known to take young birds out of the nest box, such as blue tits. I don't think I'll be encouraging it in my garden anymore.
