Bench with a View

Had a visit Near Stafford today so on the way home I popped up to Cannock Chase.

I hadn't come across this bench before, but it's view over Sherbrook Valley and towards Rugeley was enjoyable.  Over the last couple of years most of the trees on the eastern side of the valley (near the horizon) have been felled and the area looks to be reverting to the gorse and heather of the western valleyside.
