A sea of yellow
I last blipped this field when there was only a handful of daffodils in flower. They are coming into bloom and are being picked as they do so. I spent the morning delivering a repaired longcase and in the shop. I returned home to repair an alarm carriage clock that required concentration, difficult to achieve except in the quiet of my office/workshop. I have booked tickets to return to France shortly for three days only to join my daughter who only has a long weekend free. The return tickets were cheaper than an hour train ride to London so it seemed well worth while.
