It sounds like a title of one of the less famous AA Milne poems, I wonder if it is?
M, Laurafrances and I took R out to splash in a stream which appears from a spring when the rain has been heavy (which it has!) while her mummy had a break.
On the way an exuberant laborador bounded up with some people a way behind it. It turned out to have adopted them on their walk so between us we calmed it down enough to read the number on its collar, and the owners turned up to collect it about 15 minutes later saying "he's always getting out"
