We have seen a record amount of water falling out of the sky and flowing down the rivers but this advert is a pithy reminder that what comes out of our taps and goes down our drains is not to be taken for granted.

It's so easy to grumble when services let us down. What a privilege it is to have running water and an efficient sewerage system.
