Wellington

I drove to Wellington and parked at my Irish friend Amy's house. We met in Laos last year but she's lived here for eight years. We went to a Tuatara brewery (possibly my favourite brewery in NZ) pub and had a tasting selection, then we visited The Garage Project brewery (pictured) which is very local and has an amazing selection of beers.

In the evening we went to a Father Ted party organised by Amy's brother at the Wellington Irish Society. Amy took a pet brick and I put a white sticker on the collar of my black t-shirt. The other costumes were much better! I had a Guinness, obviously!
