Line Astern

Up earlyish today for a walk up Ben Vorlich, another Munro completed. Not the best day for walking as it started to rain a short time into the walk and continues on and off all the way up.

It was very windy at the summit even to the point of having to hold onto the trig point to stand upright. Glad to get back off the top and start our way down

At the bottom is Lock Earn. By the time we got back down most of the fishermen had gone home for the day but we heard a duck quacking by the waters edge. When we went to have a look she was calling her ducklings to her as we were around. She let me get quite close before taking to the water with the ducklings line astern of her.

Some nice waterfalls on the way up but with just a 50mm lens on this month and no tripod they didn't come out so well. A 50mm lens is not the best one to be taking landscape photos with but never mind.
