White Ibis

The white Ibis is a very common wading bird. In Florida, they pose as lawn ornaments! Many times they descend upon lawns looking for large insects and will ruin the grass. Today this flock of Ibis was being hand-fed by Moira. She loves to feed the birds. Ibis are very social birds always in a flock together, but they do steal food from each other. I've seen them share a snake, fish, and of course bread. Hope everyone is having a wonderfully blessed day!!
