Ups and downs

A and I had a great time at music this morning. We did the Shimmy with Timmy for sports relief and learnt lots of new sporty songs.

When we got home the plumber arrived to fix the boiler, hurrah. A warm house and warm showers all round! A didn't want to nap today as he was way to excited by the plumber. We stayed in the lounge where it was warm and played cars with the old bin box that is still hanging around!

We walked to get P and her friend Lily who came for tea. But by the time we all got home P was complaining of being tired and not wanting to play. Half an hour later she was sick and her temperature rocketed up to 39.2. I felt sorry for Lily but still stayed for tea and played with A whilst P slept on the sofa.

After Lily had gone home A started crying and saying his ear hurts. On closer inspection it's also weeping fluid so I suspect an ear infection is on the cards.

The day started so well but now I have two poorly babies and work tomorrow. Oh the joys!
