A Shadowed Twist

I was messing around with photoshop at school today and my good friend will really liked this effect but was unsure on how it related to the criteria. I had to agree however here on blip there is no criteria so you can ejoy this effect.

I liked how the vibrant graffiti contrasted with the grey choice of clothing and how colouring in the facial area gave a rather scary look which contrasted with the bright day.
