Enjoying the morning sun

These four crows were enjoying the morning sun on Woodbury Common early today.  One of those sunny misty still mornings.  I was tempted to take a photo of the military recruits that I spotted all with their backs to me looking down into the Exe Valley.  I think they were mapping the local environment.  I didn't dare though.  Instead I headed back onto the main common and spotted these crows perched on a tree with the misty hills surrounding them.

A busy day, a pilates lesson, a walk around Topsham and soon a visit to a pub to discuss the planned week's walking holiday in North Cornwall.
