Phi Phi Islands

Today we visited the Phi Phi Islands on a speed boat! The sand on the islands was so white and powdery like talcum powder and the sea was a striking blue- it was paradise. We stopped off at monkey bay to watch the monkeys play and climb rocks. We also visited Maya beach, where the movie 'The Beach' was filmed, it was a gem- the water was so clear (Although the beach wasn't quite as deserted as in the film). After visiting the islands the boat dropped us off in the sea and we went snorkelling in the corals- we were surrounded by dozens of tropical fish.
