City waking up

The River Front looking towards Newport Bridge and surrounding buildings,
Cloudy first thing but dry, now the clouds are dispersing and blue sky is showing but still cold.
In the foreground is the building of new riverside houses and apartments, with the high tide the reflections in the water were amazing.
