J's Hand

I really love seeing the Bug's Auntie J on a Monday, and of course, the Bug does too! We will miss her when she moves to the Emerald Isle. We went to Craigie's this morning (which makes me think of Auntie A too, who I missed today), and ate tea and cake while the fog lifted. Out came a very warm spring sun, a much yearned-after sign of the changing seasons. Winter is my favourite season, but I'm always glad to see it go! 

The Bug's language continues to accelerate. He even managed a "mummy" today. He's the only toddler I know who can say words including: cheetah, stars, giraffe, people, snap snap, box, bag, shoes, boots, bike, sky, hot, please, parrot, snack, grass etc etc (for my own record), and not say 'mummy'!
