Hot lips

A foxglove flower. Not for the squeamish: I picked up a hanger on yesterday when I walked around near long grass, under trees and in an area with deer and cattle. Had a very itchy stomach when I woke today and found a large tick - vaseline does the job with them as they can't breathe but I managed to dislodge it and all its sharp little toes with a pair of tweezers.
