Water tower
Former TOWER with REINWATER CELLAR, 1925-1926.
Commissioned by the Water Company of the private
mine company Laura & Society Eygelshoven,
to a design by the building office of this company.
Situated at the top of the western slope of the Wormdal,
southwest of the core Rimburg.
The water tower stood in functional relationship with the water pumping station along the Worm, east of Rimburg. The water tower has accumulated 1944 war.
The masonry of various facade surfaces is consequently renewed.
Today, the water tower is run by two ladies who have made a brasserie and tourist attraction. The water tower can be visited at certain times.
