MonoMonday - Always Look UP!

Luckily, I had my camera in the car for this one.  The day before I had seen a male Cardinal in this tree so out of habit, I glanced UP just to see if he was around.  At first, I thought it might be a female as the body shape sort of resembles one.  Then as it wasn't behaving like a female Cardinal, I ran back to the car to get my camera.

Always look up, folks...this is my first Cedar Waxwing to photograph.  I have seen may Waxwings growing up but I have not seen a single one since I started to photographing birds, so well pleased.  This lovely bird is in colour in my extras.
