Island, Day 2

We spent another day painting out on the island. There wasn't very much work close to the ground, so I had to climb a ladder to do some of the painting, and I can definitely say I have not overcome my fear of heights. Also, more paint to get out of my hair when I shower tonight after I bumped my head on one of the beams I had already painted.

On the bright side however we're done the house and the next 2 weeks will be spent on firm ground working in the speaker factory doing maintenance.

About halfway through the day a pair of swans visited the island. One was quite timid and wouldn't swim quite all the way in, but this one was more friendly and swam right to shore where some of the neighbours fed it and took pictures.
