Casa Batlló

We stayed in a hotel on Passeig De Gracia, less than a minutes walk from Gaudi's Casa Batlló. Today's shot had to be a quick one as we had to get a train quite early to the Airport. I know it doesn't say much given the state of our public transport but their trains and Underground are cleaner and far more efficient than ours. Anyway back to Casa Batlló, it was designed by Gaudi around 1904 and commissioned by Josep Batlló. It's just fantastic, I love the colours and how expressive it is. I've put a night shot of it and also one of La Pedrera in my Blipfolio.
