A potent symbol
Like many Scots blippers my thoughts today have been of the tragedy in Dunblane some 20 years ago today. The snowdrop became the symbol of the lives lost on that dreadful day in that small Scottish town not far from where I'm sitting now. Our government's response led to the strictest gun laws in the world, and no repeat of that awful event that blighted the lives of the so many families and the wider community. I found this clump beside the hedge in mum's back garden. So pretty and so poignant......
