Black on Black

We had friends over for afternoon tea and I realised I didn't have a blip. I didn't feel like going for a walk with the camera even though I should have after eating Portuguese custard tarts and little lemon cakes with lemon syrup and cream! It has been cold all week - only about 2 -4 degrees during the day and I am sure we haven't seen the sun for 2 weeks. Actually, I just checked my blips for the last 2 weeks and the last sun was 27th Feb! I am very behind with my A Year With My Camera projects (no chance of Contre-jour)  so I decided to do Black on Black and White on White. (I knew I was keeping this empty bottle of Mozart Liqueur for something.) 
I shot on auto and then on manual to show the difference in exposure - see extra for Auto which overexposed the image. The white on white was not so successful - I think I need to do it during the day with natural light.
