Field Music

Our friend, David, loves Field Music. A band from his home town, Sunderland, he has been following them for I think thirteen years.

They released a new album not long ago and they have been getting a ton of airtime on Radio6 Music, David being the ultimate fan decided to go to as many tour dates as possible.

He posted on FB where he was going and would anyone like to join him, Fenner and I enthusiastically put our hands up, primarily because we enjoy his company so much.

In the end F had to stay home, so I went along with a couple of close friends. It was a brilliant evening. We headed into town early, grabbed a drink with a lovely twitter pal Jeff, bumped into Max then met up with David, his (very) funny friend Amy and a group of other close friends.

We had a hoot.

And the band were fabulous. More of these evenings please.
