What else to do on a Sunday but make a tart? - at least when you are in a houseboat and the wind is up big - again!  

I think I know what Chapter 1 of Climate Change looks like here - endless wind and rain, and endless houseboat movement - hoping today all will stay attached and just sway as we are meant to.  Ahhhhh the "gentle" rocking of a houseboat.
