I had a very sociable week last week seeing a different friend every single day!
Today it was the Little Misses turn.
Recently Miss E has become very close to Mr S at school. A mutual love of Pokemon has sparked a lovely friendship! They've been asking for a playdate for a while and the other day I had a chat with his mum and we arranged a date. 
Today was the day!
Mr K took the Little Misses to swimming first thing and then to Looby Lu's for bacon sandwiches. Meanwhile I stayed at home hoovering and mopping the floors.
After lunch we headed to Northampton to Mr S's house. What a fabulous afternoon and evening we had.
Mr S introduced Miss E to the delights of Xbox, and Miss L and Miss S had fun dressing up, doing mad gymnastics, spray painting and generally running around like loons.
They met at Miss L's taster day at the new school and their mum, Mrs S, works there so it was brilliant to get to know them properly.
Lots of tea and chat, children having fun, a short but sweet runaround at a nearby play centre, all I need to know about the new school and generally a really lovely time!
We didn't leave until well after 7pm so it was straight to bed with the Little Misses when we got in.
We tried to watch Grantchester  but snoozy Mr K started snoring pretty much instantly so I took myself off to bed early!
