After a quick walk and café croissant with Liz and Léo this morning I went off to Lausanne to see the film Free to Run.
This is a Swiss made documentary about the developement of running, that concentrated lots on the fight of women to be allowed to run, interviews with the brilliant Kathrine Switzer, and also the story of the NYC marathon and the director Fred Lebow and the sad short life of  Steve Prefontaine .  Absolutely superb awe inspiring film, didn't want it to end.
