Fit Family

We were all over the place today. Alex and myself were on a triathlon course. It was swimming today and cycling. We cycled along the seafront. The tide was out so no sea swim. We swam in a pool at a David Lloyd centre...very posh. Wish I could afford a membership. We had a little run on very strange feeling legs as well.
Andy headed off to Colchester to run in a half marathon. He did his best time.
Nick headed off to Silverstone to also run a half marathon. He did really well too.
Back home I mowed the lawn with the hand mower. Two hours of pushing the mower. Only the far back got done. I'll plod on during the week and see how much more I can do. The sit on needs attention before we can use it. The lawn mower guy keeps failing to turn up. Not best pleased with him. But it gives me some extra exercise.
Looking forward to seeing The Tudors tonight. Wading through the box set. Really enjoying it.
