Day at Mablethorpe

Once the mist burnt away, today was a lovely, bright and warm. We took a drive over to Mablethorpe as there was a motorbike racing event on the beach. The lifeboat crews were also training.

My main shot is of the bigger of the two lifeboats being cleaned after it was put through its paces on the sea. The lifeboats have their own official photographers with proper equipment, and I probably annoyed them, getting in the way taking shots with my little Sony!

My extra shots are of the races - one at the start of a race and another showing one of the more closely contested races. I've not used extras for a while so I thought I'd stick a colourful photo of some of the beach huts in too!
