Blackpool Tower and Lake District

We made our way from the Wirral to Southport, where the main blip was taken. The visibility was great and you could easily see the Lake District behind Blackpool. The hills are the Scafell group and the blip looks a little soft because of the heat haze rising from the salt marsh and exposed sands. The extra is of a Pintail taken at the nearby RSPB reserve.
