Simple pleasures

A lie in to start the day - that was lovely, little R came up for a feed and snuggle in bed but then went down for breakfast with Daddy while I slept :-)

What a lovely sunny day, we all walked and scooted into town and T went off to practise some music at church, C, R & I went for a walk and stumbled across a friend gardening in the grounds. We were headed for Costa but C wanted to dig and help so we ended up helping for a good 20 mins or so, digging, looking at snails, worms, bulbs & cracking sticks. We didn't make it to Costa but C had a lovely time, much more fun than a cafe when you're 4 and the friend was v pleased with the help.

Lunch and a quick visit to the retail park.
Roast beef dinner with Yorkshires tonight and an early night!
