On Top of Paisley

At home for a family weekend.  My sister came over with the little ones and we went out to Paisley Museum.  I remember this place from when I was a kid but it seemed so small now.

The kids loved running about and learning about the exhibits.  Niamh was hilarious as she remarked that a vase had a picture showing a lady "cooking all the babies".  This was funny enough but the fact she seriously believed the babies were being cooked and was not at all disturbed was something else.

In the afternoon we went for some lovely lunch before heading back to my parents house where we got ready to head out for a BIG family dinner to celebrate my mum and dad's Ruby wedding anniversary.  This was a really good laugh and it was great to see everyone.  Extra photo is of the family.
