Little Chalet at the edge of the Woods

..... at Les Plans sur Bex where some of my yoga pupils came for cross country skiing this morning. We did some yoga first, then soup and cheese lunch in a local farm afterwards, with perfect conditions on the ski tracks in between. How lucky we are to live here, I never take it for granted.
