This is Rappa Dancing!
I don't know either, but I will look it up later,
Some kind of sword dancing and this is the team from Edinburgh going through its paces in front of a very attentive panal of Judges.

The extra is a cormorant, I think, in the River Irwell outside. I guess there must be fish in there these days.
