England's Green and Pleasant Land
Anyone with teenage children or children clinging to the coat tails of the aforementioned, will be amazed, nay, ASTOUNDED to hear that they all joined Hound on his walk this morning.
We completed a circular walk around the perimeter of Addingham. In this blip we're looking towards the centre of the village. The sheep in the field are my very favourite Wensleydales with their lambs; they're superbly plucky and like to bleat and stamp at Hound. They keep him in his place! The now converted mill to the right was built in the 1880's for spinning silk, and in the background is Beamsley Beacon. It dominates the skyline from almost every aspect of the village.
Another pleasant/warm/delightful day plus no moaning from the children. Fantastic!
