Early Birds
Well, Basil and I didn't catch any worms but we thoroughly enjoyed our early morning expedition to Old John in Bradgate Park this morning.
The fog/mist was much lighter than yesterday but still enough to give rise to hope for photographic opportunities.
One of these days, I'll capture a misty landscape that I really like. Today was not the day. This panorama comprises six shots. It was seven, but the last photo wouldn't process properly. Using an ND grad meant that I retained the early morning pinkness in the sky.
Meanwhile, Basil was running all over the park like a mad thing. He loves being off the lead and able to run. He also met a lot of 'friends,' also out for their morning walks.
The photography may not have been marvellous but being out in the fresh air certainly was.
Today's spare photo is of a man and his dog on a neighbouring hill. I'm not sure whether he was using a long lens on a camera or binoculars to look over at Old John.
