Week 3 of the CrossFit Open. 2 movements, snatch and bar muscle ups. The snatch wasn't a big deal as it was fairly light. I was a bit nervous about the muscle ups though. I'd done a couple a while ago (as in April last year!) but only just!

My aim was to get one during the 7 minutes. As you can tell I got this one in the photo... I also got another 6 to give me 7 in total! I was thrilled!! Really shows the hard work paying off practicing technique and getting stronger!
