The Tide Was Coming In
So after a BBQ down @ Murrays Jen and I headed off for Catho...(Catherine Hill Beach).......I had never been here before and when Jen stated taking us over the rocks in the dark I had no idea of the lay of the land/seascape except for the small pool of light from a little head torch.
When we got to the 'spot' I could make out just how dwarfed we were by a very large jetty...looming in the darkness. I was all rather spooky and quite exciting at the same time. The only thing was........the tide was coming in fast...and I wasn't sure of our bolting hole...Jen didn't seem to worried so I decided to relax about it...well try anyway....one eye was definitely out on its stalks watching the water. I manned the cameras Jen twirled like a sparking dervish..on a rock at times engulfed by water.....somewhere just behind us some fireworks went off....wish we had known about those.
It's a shame that more of the landscape is not seen in this shot...the fabulous jetty behind.........I think perhaps it would be better if not quite so dark.
A fabulous day all round.
“We are all like fireworks. We climb, shine and always go our separate ways and become further apart. But even if that time comes, let's not disappear like a firework, and continue to shine... forever.
