In the middle of negotiations for this sale... Fingers crossed we agree the deal today... That would be really rather good.

Been my house 10 years post divorce and many happy moments here. Loved this home but new chapter buying a new place with Lou...can't wait ... And then we can sort a wedding ... Yippee!!!!
