Walking the woods

A perfect day for hiking what we all enjoyed weatherwise and route-wise.
Some of the walkers I'd met before on other hiking occasions, others were new company. One tho' told me she remembered me from last Summer in Müllertal, Luxembourg... it appeared we'd then both stayed at the same youth hostel, but joined in on different walking groups; oh yeah Small World !

And talking about our times as mothers & fathers raising our children then; one mum said that she couldn't stand the remark from parents when addressed on the misbehavior of their child, saying 'it's only the first time he's (she's) ever done something like that...'  She always reacted with the note that 'such an occasion would be the first and last time for her child'; her explanation? Just be decisive & clear about what's allowed and what's not!
