Sweet Remembrance

This evening my husband and I celebrated our 39th anniversary of our first date. We went to the Italian restaurant where we had our first date. It was sweet to remember our first date and reflect, as we do every year, on how God brought us together. After we had a delicious pizza, we went to see the movie Risen. This picture is of the chocolate flourless cake that I made to share in our sweet remembrance of our first date. Fortunately, the cake was delicious!!!!
