Carnival

Thankfully the rain held off for most of the day and it seemed like the entire village had turned out to join in the fun.

The boys bounced, we drank and then had a very pleasant post-carnival gathering at a friends house.

Eldest thought he'd have a try at the mile run, but after one lap of the arena, hoicking his trousers up all the way round, he gave in. The clown was a little more determined.
