Citizens

I made these to celebrate the news our citizenship application is now through, we are formally British. In our language a burger means citizen so I decided to make burgers citizens with a twist. I grilled some gaint mushrooms with garlic and olive oil and used them as the patty of the burger citizen.

Very delish!!!!

Served with a "The Full Fifteen" red wine because my team was playing (and lost ).
