'Home of Anne Boleyn'

Hever Castle in Kent was our day out today...it's been a glorious day, sunny and NO RAIN OR WIND!

This is where Anne Boleyn grew up..(King Henry V111 visited here a lot).The Castle is so interesting to tour and the gardens are stunning. We had a long walk around the grounds..Daffodils everywhere! The gardeners were at work, pruning the Roses which I'm sure are going to be the most amazing sight in June. Watch this space! We have bought annual tickets....so with Hever Castle, Leeds Castle from last weekend and our National Trust we are going to be busy. (We don't go abroad very much now.....just have a holiday all year). There's plenty to see.
