Friday Veggies

One of the last supplies from my organic farmer/ friend before new greens can be harvested. March/April is the hardest period in whole year of organic farming in the European climate. Last treat supplies are almost gone and planted seeds still need more time before they turn into fresh veggies. This time of the year goat cheese and milk is here to compensate.
