Watching Hornblower.

Can do absolutely nothing.  Have found a way to sit without it hurting too much.

Going downstairs isn't too bad, but coming back up again is a nightmare.

I'm hoping that I haven't done too much damage.  According to the internet, it can take anything from 1 - 6 weeks to heal, and could even need an operation.  I hope it doesn't come to that.

I haven't been to a doctor, I'm going to see how I feel in a few days.

I've been watching Hornblower all day.  I just like looking at Ioan Gruffdd.
