A Drizzly Day

Awake far too early this morning. Eventually it was time to head to the GP. A good chat with him, he is going to email the psychiatrist to give him the heads up and maybe he will see me before my appointment on the 1st April.

Home to potter, then down to Ocean Terminal to get an upgrade on my phone.

Not much else.

Tomorrow I have asked if I could go and watch Lewis in his swimming lesson; I need a hug and he's the only one that will oblige.
